Rush fees are in place for something - If you haven't paid it, you can't rush me.

Changes can be requested ONLY during Sketch with a limit of 3, lineart 1, color 1, after that, a fee of 5$ per change will be imposed.(This does not apply to customs or reference sheets.)

Approval of the Sketch is needed before proceeding with next steps.

WIPs will be sent on Sketch and Flat Color phases.

Final results will be sent via Email, vgen, discord or dm on telegram.

You can’t enforce a due date for a commission unless I have given you one. This only applies to important dates such as birthdays or other special occasions. If I mention that I’ll send a WIP on a certain day but cannot for any reason, it is strictly prohibited to pressure or message me repeatedly about it. I will contact you with WIPs, not the other way around (if you want me to work faster, there is a rush fee).

I do not give refunds after the Sketch phase, this is non-negotiable.

Please let me know in advance if you DO NOT want your ArtWork to be published in my channels.

Deleting my Signature is reason enough for Blacklisting.

Please be clear about what you want. If your commission requires corrections, make sure to mention all of them at once. I will not fix issues one by one, as it disrupts my workflow and causes me to lose interest in the project.

Using my artwork to generate AI content in any form is strictly prohibited. Anyone who does so will be permanently blacklisted, and I will refuse to work with them in the future. I take this matter very seriously.

Additionally, I am not responsible for cases where your character or fursona may be stolen or misused by others. However, under no circumstances may my artwork be used for AI, machine learning, or similar purpose

I have my own style. If it is not to your liking, please avoid commissioning me, because I will not be able to meet your expectations. I have worked hard on my style and will not copy the styles of other artists.

As a customer, you have the right to ask for a refund if I haven’t sent you a sketch or communicated with you about why there has been a delay, but this only applies if I’m past the turnaround time I gave you

As a customer, you have the right to change the characters in the commission if I haven’t sent you a sketch or WIP yet

As a customer, you can always ask me for help if you are confused, if this is your first time commissioning art, or if you have any other questions or concerns. I’m very patient and I don’t mind overexplaining the process

If you don’t have a clear idea of what you want or don’t have references, you can draw a silly doodle to explain it and I’ll help you search for the right references

If you want to keep your commission private, you can ask me before I send the first WIP. I like to post my progress on my Telegram channel and Discord, but you can ask for the entire commission to be private or only keep it private while it’s a WIP

As a customer, you have the right to ask for changes if I make a mistake, such as incorrect colors, markings, or proportions. I don’t mind making corrections! I’d rather change the commission so you can be happy with the final result

For reference, I’m from Mexico, so we may be in different time zones. Please keep this in mind so we can have better communication. I always reply as soon as I wake up or whenever I’m available, so don’t worry about being ghosted
